Ingredients 2 cups peeled, cooked sweet potatoes 1  cup   brown sugar 1/2 cup of chopped pecans 1/2 stick melted butter 2 eggs 1 teaspoon vanilla and 2 tablespoon of bourbon 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger 1 cup milk 9-inch unbaked pie crust   Directions Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
